Need microscopic tes: The observation of small black concretions is not clear to me. The prostatic "stones or concretions" are not seen in the semen , moreover they are considered normal. I strongly suggest that you should have your semen examined microscopically.

To continue, the wet spot (without traces) when I woke up could be semen leakage, prostatic or seminal vesicle fluid, urine or it can be sweat? I was told semen can leak in a small amount (I also do semen retention). So is this why it occured?
