A member asked:

Is it possible for adolescent to have prostatic concretions? if not, then what could be small, hard, black&white grains in semen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need microscopic tes: The observation of small black concretions is not clear to me. The prostatic "stones or concretions" are not seen in the semen , moreover they are considered normal. I strongly suggest that you should have your semen examined microscopically.
