Yes, possible: If you had sex and the condom broke, then there's definitely a chance that you may get pregnant. Also, if it has been four weeks and you haven't had your period, you should think about a pregnancy test. Keep in mind, also, that a broken condom (or any unprotected sexual contact) also places you at risk for sexually transmitted diseases, so you (and your partner) should get tested.
