Re do test: You should repeat the test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If a correctly done test is negative at 7-10 days after a missed period, you not likely to be pregnant. Trileptal: Trileptal shouldn't affect your periods. You could be pregnant. Try waiting a week and repeat the home pregnancy test.
