Wash your penis with soap every day while in shower. if you are un-circumcised, You will need to pull your foreskin back and the wash your penis with soap. I will also recommend use of fresh underwear every day. It will be helpful to keep wet wipes with you an use it as needed to clean the area of sweat in between the showers.
