The source must be identified by history and testing. If li tied treatment s prescription cream, but if it becomes extensive oral medications such as Prednisone or Colchicine may be required.

Unsure: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
