Earlier today i had a migriane and started to throw up foam. Is this a sign of food posioning?

Probably not: Often with migraines, people will have some vomiting accompany the severe headache and if they have not eaten or thrown up all the food contents, throwing up bile or foam is not unheard of. I know it may seem scary, but it is most likely a symptom of the migraine and not a sign of food poisoning unless you are also experiencing bad diarrhea as well. Feel better.
