Decreased drive: is one of the more prominent side effects of Prozac (fluoxetine). As a matter of fact most SSRIs (class of antidepressant) to which fluoxetine also belongs cause decreased libido, though only a very small percentage of patients reports it. Please discuss this side effect with your psychiatrist if you are experiencing it after 1 month of taking fluoxetine.
