Strange: I've never heard of nipple or areolar pruritus before, especially unilaterally. If there are signs of inflammation present, you can apply some low potency hydrocortisone cream sparingly to the affected area and see if it resolves. Pregnancy shouldn't cause this symptom. Don't scratch it. Don't let your boyfriend suck your nipples. He's too old to be doing that.
