Not very predictable: Taking Plan B (or other brands such as Contraplan 2) can alter the timing of the current menstrual cycle bleeding and also the next cycle. One should check a urine pregnancy 3 weeks after taking the Contraplan because emergency contraception pills work most of the time, but not all of the time.
