I got a blister on the inside of my foot. i popped it open yesterday and covered it with a bandaid but it really hurts. what should i do now?

Ointment: In general, it is better to not "pop" a blister. The biggest concern is developing an infection. Get some sterile gauze and antibiotic ointment to apply to area and change twice a day until it is healed, if it starts looking red, swollen, or gets a purulent discharge you need to be seen.
