It's very common: for women to suffer from nausea and headaches during early pregnancy. Things that may be helpful is trying to eat small amounts very frequently and to keep crackers or other bland food at your bedside and eat some before getting out of bed. Drinking lots of water to stay well hydrated and getting plenty of sleep should help with the headaches. Congratulations!!
