Abn period: Likely just be a variation but even after tube are tied you can rarely get pregnant but have an ectopic. Would check HCG and follow up with doc.

Period: This is likely bleeding from not ovulating, but since tubal ligations do have a failure rate of 1 in 300 it is always a good idea to check a pregnancy test.
