Off b.c. my cycle returned to being about 36+ days. i missed having one in june&july. i recently had large brown clots for 15 days before period.

Expected: If you have infrequent menses, the uterine lining usually thickens uncontrollably if not shed. It is not unusual to bleed particularly heavily the first time after a period of missed bleeding. It is of concern only if it persists as that can result in anemia. You may want to get back on OCP or try to expedite pregnancy if that is your wish as there is no reason to allow yourself to bleed like that
