You need a: Complete CHECK-UP by your PCP Primary Care Provider since in a male these symptoms are generally due to stomach disorders (ulcer, gastritis with subsequent blood loss , anemia fatigue)( If you are asking this for a female friend a PREGNANCY test is indicated) before the GI testing!
