Generally can't tell: by that. there are several components not least of which is just hydration state. You can't tell sperm count by looking (except with a microscope).

Ok, but...: Semen color along does not predict its sperm counts. If concerning male infertility, seek timely evaluation and counseling so to get right diagnosis for right care. But go with your partner if possible since some 50% of causes for infertility come from female factors, 30% from male's, and 20% from both sides.
