Vaginitis: You likely have vaginal inflammation. This can be due to bacterial vaginitis for which treatment is metronidazole 2g once, or yeast infection, for which treatment is fluconazole 150 mg once orally or vaginal miconazole over the counter. Trichomonas is another possibility - treatment is metronidazole 2 g once. could also be chlamydia, gonorrhea, mycoplasma, or trichomonas. See an ob- gyn Doctor.
