Probably not NGU: Maybe you don't have NGU at all. If you did, doxycycline or azithromycin (and certainly both of them) would have cleared your symptoms. When NGU (with discharge almost always the main symptom, not irritation or discomfort without discharge) really occurs from oral sex, it might not be an STD in the usual sense, just the normal adjustment to a different mix of bacteria. Best to have no more Rx.
