Doubtful: Alpha lipoic acid may have a trivial liver interaction, but should not at all affect your thyroid meds.

How many times will my baby go to the bathroom each day?

Depends on the age of the child: In the early days after birth, the baby's system is just starting to work so the number of diapers is low. After about a week of age, most babies are making about 6 to 8 wet diapers per day. Many or most of those will contain stools. The stools transition from black color to bright yellow. As your baby gets older and starting taking solid foods, the frequency will decrease & color will change.

Does an elevated T4 count mean that I will definitely have a molar pregnancy or what else could it be?

Probably thyroid: T4 is the measure of thyroid hormone. If it is elevated, it could be normal or a sign of hyperthyroidism or overactive thyroid. If your blood pregnancy hormone (HCG) is really high due to a molar pregnancy or having more than one baby, it can make your T4 high. The other tests to do to find out the cause would be tsh, t3, (liothyronine) HCG and us.

How much daily caffeine creates risk of caffeine withdrawal headache?

3 doctor answers4 doctors weighed in
Dr. Satinder Aggarwal

It depends: Some people can handle caffeine and its effects better than others. For some as little as one 8 oz can of coke per day can cause withdraw headaches. On the other hand i know of individuals who can handle several cups of coffee per day without suffering any withdraw symptoms. If you suffer from headaches it may be best to avoid any amount of caffeine.

I am 11 weeks into a daily exercise program, and starting to skip days. Any ideas on how to stay motivated?

Remember...: Remember why you started in the first place and how much better you felt while doing it. Also, schedule it as an appointment. Even if you don't want to do it, do 10 minutes. You can always find 10 minutes. Right?
