Seeing is believing: ...most of the time. A rash that's been bothering someone for 3 months and apparently getting worse deserves to be looked at by a real doctor. A virtual Consult with a high resolution photo upload might work. Eczema, scabies, fungal dermatitis....are all possibilities. But, again, seeing is believing!
