Pleuritic chest pain: Sharp pain around your lungs sounds to be pleuritic chest pain, which is typically more noticeable during deep inspiration. There is a large number of causes for this and more often than not there is nothing to be concerned about (especially if it has not been recurring). Concerning symptoms would shortness of breath, fever/chills, or leg swelling. If you're not experiencing this then don't worry.
