Only if he agrees: If a husband wants his wife to have their child, and he ejaculated not in her vagina, she can try putting semen into her vagina... but there's no need to do that because there's plenty more semen her husband can make (or else there may be special reasons not to have a child now). If however, she does not have her husband's blessing to get pregnant, then she should do nothing immoral or unethical.
