Here are some...: Hi! TomR, May I ask if you have eyelid or eyeball twitching? Feeling twitching usually comes along with its visibility and results from an local irritation to the nerve fibers controlling the affected muscle fibers, which can be transient or sporadic or annoyingly recurrent. Most of times no clearly defined defect can be identified, but being evaluated once is advised if recurrent or worsening.
