Depends on if: it is enough alcohol to cause stess. If you binge out and start uncontrolled vomiting, it definitely WILL affect it; three thimbles full of wine definitely will NOT affect it.

Yes, it will affect: the results of the test, and you should not use it within several days before the test. Also, if you are drinking alcohol regularly, it could influence the condition your doctor is looking for, whether its overproduction of cortisol (Cushing's syndrome) or depression. Make sure you doctor knows exactly how much you are drinking, and how often.
