YES: Any unprotected sexual intercourse can lead to pregnancy. I would suggest a home pregnancy test next week and if negative, start using condoms and spermicidal foam, jelly, sponge or vaginal suppositories. It's time to consider BC pills.

Pregnancy Status: If you had a normal period after the unprotected sex - then you are not pregnant from that sexual act. If you are ever unsure if bleeding is from your actual period - then you can take a home pregnancy test.
