About 12 hrs. or mor: depends on age though http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2391399 a half life of 9 hrs means half goes in 9 hrs, 3/4 in 18 hrs. If you were trying to get it out from a urine test you'd want > 95% of it out and that takes a long time. The effects wear off probably when it's down to 25% (2 half lives).
