NA: One of the very best, and definitely the very cheapest, way to get sober/clean, is to join AA or NA. You will be giving a sponsor who can support you when you are in danger of relapsing. The principles of both are the same. Go to meetings more when feeling weak, get a sponsor. Success rates of this great bunch equal or exceed most rehab programs, which ain't free! Go to a meeting today.
