Glumpy:The7thDwarf?: Implantation bleeding does not usually resemble bleeding during a normal period. It will be lighter, and of lower quantity. It will last from a few hours of spotting to a couple of days, often darker than menstrual blood because it takes time for the blood to travel from the uterine wall through the vagina. Only rarely is implantation bleeding heavy. Some slight cramping is not unusual.
