NyQuil: NyQuil contains antihistamines, acetaminophen, a cough suppressant and alcohol. Promethazine is an antihistamine used to relieve vomiting and motion sickness. The combination could cause severe sedation, seizures, drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, and dry mouth. I would avoid taking both NyQuill and promethazine.
