Maybe not yeast: Probably you mean 150 mg, the usual dose of single dose fluconazole (Diflucan) by mouth for vaginal yeast infections. Maybe it isn't yeast; you need to see a doctor for sure. It could be an STD, for example. Some yeast infections are resistant to "azole" drugs -- in which case you need doctor's care and prescription. Good luck!
