I have what i think is a chafed vagina.. the pain is starting to go away but it still looks rough down there. how long does it take to heal?

Better see doctor: You don't provide enough information. If you had vigorous sex and are now a bit sore, probably nothing is wrong and the discomfort will clear up in a couple of days. Otherwise, itching or irritation is most commonly caused by yeast infection, but other things are possible, such as herpes if you are sexually active. If older (e.g. post menopausal), maybe low estrogen. Best see a doctor about this.
