Ask your doctor: I can think of only one situation that would require "a 6 month course" of fluconazle (Diflucan): once a week to prevent recurrent vaginal yeast infection (thrush). If so, you can have sex any time you wish, as long as you're not having uncomfortable symptoms at the time. But you should check with the clinic or doctor who prescribed it and follow his or her advice.
