Pimples on scrotum: Pimple-like lesions on scrotum can be little cysts which are benign and common or it could possibly be an infection with a skin virus such as molluscum contagiosum among other things. Molluscum is not dangerous but is a nuisance that can spread, itch and become infected when scratched. Molluscum need to be treated because they are contagious. Please see your dermatologist.
