Traumatic bleeding: Fresh blood from vagina after masterbation is probably due to trauma to the vaginal wall. It may also be possible that you have a lesion or a lump or cervical abrasion which keeps bleeding when you masterbate as you may use some instrument.But I advice get it checked by your doctor or a Gynecologist to establish the diagnosis and if it needs any trestment
