It's a disease: that causes a lot of problems and has generally a lot of findings. Would generally be picked up on EGD (scarring). Would generally have a high anti-nuclear antibody and a bunch of other tests positive. Have seen it with everything but kidney biopsy NEGATIVE in a plastics worker.
