Variable: Plan B may not change when you have your period but sometimes if can effect bleeding for the next few cycles.

Normally no delay : Most commonly the use of Plan B does not cause any delay in the normal menstrual cycle. It is a high dose of hormones though and it can cause a delay or early bleeding. Always check her pregnancy test two weeks after years to make sure it worked. Consider starting birth control so that you won't have these scares in the future
