Apple cider: is not going to help baldness. Minoxidil, is hard to say; it is effective ONLY on some patterns of baldness and NOT on receeding hairline. AND irritated scalp is more likely to react to any drug put onto it. Furthermore, enough irritaiton can cause baldness (and responds to anti-inflammatories). I guess I am recommending a dermatologist.
