Many reasons: There are a myriad of reasons you might have missed your period. Pregnancy is one of them. Condoms are not 100% effective. If you are concerned get a pregnancy test.

MIssed period: There may be several reasons for this. But, if the scenario you describe is the full story, then you cannot be pregnant. If you are truly worried then you may best get a home pregnancy test.
