Maybe infection: This could just be irregular bleeding but combined with burning during urination and yellow discharge I am concerned about infection. Schedule a visit with an Obgyn for testing. I would ask for yeast, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea and chlamydia testing.
