When in doubt: just check pregnancy test. And if you are still late and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. If you have two negatives then you can be assured that you are not pregnant. Then if this continues please get to the healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Yes: You can take a home pregnancy test now. Urine may be most concentrated at first morning void but you can take at any time of day.
