Unlikely: If indeed you had a normal menstrual bleed that finished two days ago, it is unlikely that you are pregnant and the brown discharge is not significant. If you are unsure about it being a period and you have symptoms (not feeling well) and are worried about pregnancy, get a urine pregnancy test.
