Congestion : Colds commonly result in nasal and sinus congestion. When the walls of the nasal passage, sinuses and throat get inflamed, they swell up with fluid therefore making it difficult to breathe and resulting in poor quality of sleep overnight.

Cold : Cold can cause blocked nose and which can in turn affect quality of sleep . Nasal decongestants like otrivin can be tried .
