No: Perhaps you are thinking of the studies that show women who breast feed have a decreased incidence of breast cancer? That is not the same as saying that not producing breast milk causes breast cancer. Breast feeding redeces the likelihood of breast feeding, but not breast feeding does not cause cancer. A pediatrician or lactation consultant can aid your milk production.
