Rectal bleeding: is the most common sign of bowel cancer. Changes in bowel habits - constipation/diarrhea usually aren't. If you are asking this question for yourself and you have no family history of bowel cancer, you are at extremely low risk of bowel cancer at your age. You may want to visit your GP for a checkup.
