Several possilities: Trauma to your urethra. Spermicide getting into the urethra. Yeast infection. STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia or herpes. Urinary tract infection (not an STD but sometimes triggered by sex). Of all these, STDs are the most dangerous and almost always high risk at age 16, even if neither you nor your partner(s) have had other partners recently. See a doctor for exam and STD testing.
