I have what seems to be a bug bite that has swollen or it could be an ingrown hair, on the inside right cheek of my buttons. should i lance it?

Don't lance it: Lion - lancing such a swelling could produce a more severe infection and scarring. My suggestion is to apply warm moist compresses to the area. The swelling should either drain or dissipate with the warm moist application for a couple of minutes, 4-5 times a day.

Avoid lancing it...: Depending on the size, if it's a pimple, then warm compresses will hastens its drainage. Aniy larger, it would be more prudent to see a healthcare professional to have it drained.
