May be too soon,: Aloe vera juice is present in breast milk and can cause vomiting or diarrhea in the baby. There is no online source that states how much is a problem or how soon or how long the effect lasts. Consider calling poison control and asking those experts, who have access to more specific information. Never take any supplement or over the counter medicine or any medicine or drug not approved by your doc
