A thick discharge: could be mucus from a boggy cervix, which could mean either pregnancy or infection. I would make sure to check a pregnancy test, then if negative check it again 1 week later. There is such a thing as failure of morning after pill to work. Or you could have got pregnant during the interim.

Maybe but: Check a pg test. The morning after pill is not 100% effective (nothing is but abstinence or surgical sterilization). It is not uncommon to have an abnormal period after Plan B. Consider repeating it again, if negative in a week to be safe. If your next period is also abnormal, see a doc. If you had unprotected sex, the possibility of an infection exists
