I have stinging pain when i am on my menstration cycle what's causing it? please help

Dysmenorrhea: By stinging pain do you mean cramps in the lower abdomen. It is quite common and can be treated with non steroidal pain meds. But if not already done consult your Gynecologist and get checked to rule out any other condition. If there is no allergy and no history of stomach ulcer and approved by your doctor, you may try Ibuprofen or Naproxen sodium .But get a check up first
