A member asked:

I have had my tubes tied clipped and burned and its been 7 years ago since i had that done is there anyway i could have a baby later on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tubal ligation: .. reversal can be done, though the success rate for pregnancy after a tubal ligation procedure is 10% or less. It is not recommended as the reversal surgery will incur more scar tissue on the adnexa (connective tissue part of the ovaries to the uterus) which in turn will lessen the chance of successful passage of an ovum from the fallopian tubes. So, achieving pregnancy is highly unlikely.
