Depends: How long have you had the Mirena (levonorgestrel) inserted? Post menstruation it is unusual to get muscle pain or uterine pain, that may or may not mean the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is in place. IUDs are used for their simplicity and convenience, so I doubt that your symptoms are related to the Mirena (levonorgestrel). However, it's always good to visit the GYN doctor you trust to give you his/her viewpoint of the situation.
